"This is a fairly new hotel and it is working out the 'new procedures' and doing quite well. Our room had a glitch in the air-conditioning system that the staff worked diligently to fix. They offered a different room but eventually came up with an acceptable solution. It's location 15 minutes from the airport and the shuttle service availability was a plus. Nearby were several dining options as well as 'quick shops for those just in case needs. I would stay here again!"

"The room was excellent and was clean. One suggestion would be to provide at least two pillows per person (so a double bed would have four and a single would have two). All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is super convenient with the two main mosques (Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque) being about 7-10 minutes walk. The tram is also very close. The breakfast provided was good but could benefit from having a fresh juice station (it was a diluted offering) and a better hot beverages machine (the cappuccino and lattes were not great)."

Breakfast was wonderful buffet & yummy! We got 2 rooms nxt to each other with Bosphorus view & we really enjoyed our stay We tried hotel’s hair salon & they did amazing job Getting it through Hotels.com was cheaper than direct from the hotel. Highly recommend Hotels.com"
