"This hotel is very close to the beach, the zoo, and the main Waikiki promenade. The staff is amazing, welcoming, and consistently helpful. Be careful with the entertainment stall, as they promote time‑share presentations (I generally have very negative experiences with those). The room offers a nice ocean view, especially from the higher floors. The elevators are card‑protected, which adds a good level of safety. They allow late check‑out — my return flight was very late at night, and for a small fee they let me stay in the room until 6 PM. The self‑managed beach towel pickup and return system using your room key is very convenient. The room was clean, and the cleaning team was always present and ready to help with anything you needed.Breakfast was included in our package, and the Mac 24/7 restaurant was excellent (BTW, it is not open 27/7), with healthy food options and an always smiling, welcoming staff. We had an amazing time at this hotel."

"I arrived at the hotel at 11 AM. I realize that check-in wasn’t until three. I was tired and I just wanted to take a shower and chill. I was told at the front desk that they would let me know if my room was available earlier than three. I went back twice and was told there was no way I was going to check in until three because nobody was checking in until three. I still don’t really understand why. I know it’s a privilege to check in early, but I’ve never had such a stark No answer in terms of checking in early. People have to check out at 11 why wouldn’t a room be done before three."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 9 people that enjoyed the beach house at Kailua. Everyone loved the property with it’s separate cottage and main house, good size yard and patio, and even had a sitting deck out by the beach that didn’t require you to get sand on your feet to enjoy. All in all we would give this property a 9.9. The only thing that could make this property better is a pool, but with the ocean right out front who needs a pool. The property management team was top notch to work with and prompt in responding to questions. We had a great time and will definitely be returning."

Upon arrival we were greeted by the property manager with a tour and a delicious welcome basket. Exceptional home and property manager. It was hard to leave."

"We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back! The location is what makes this place so special, it’s only about a 4-minute walk to the beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The area has such a relaxing, peaceful island atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.This place was spotless, well cared for, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the quality bath towels and beach towels that were provided. Even without air conditioning, we honestly didn’t miss it. With the refreshing Hawaiian breeze and all the windows open, the place stayed comfortable throughout our stay.The beautiful landscaping and overall setting made the stay feel even more tropical. This was the perfect home base for exploring Oahu, and we’d gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!"
