"The staff were great. The hotel itself was dated. This is not Premier Inn in central Epsom with air-conditioning. That is a different Premier Inn with a similar name. Don't get confused like I did. I specifically wanted the air conditioning and was unpleasantly surprised when we arrived. This hotel is not designed for a heat wave. We had to leave after two nights because the room was dangerously hot and humid. Having a bath was useful in reducing core temp. We filled it with water from the cold...

"I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. In the past I found the rooms looked a little tired and in need of a refresh. In this occasion I stayed in a club room which was an improvement. Also having breakfast pre-paid is an advantage during busy periods. A faulty shower hose on arrival was promptly fixed. Reception staff particularly helpful and found all staff friendly and helpful."
