10/10 Excellent

"This is my fourth time staying here. Hubby and I are going back in November. I couldn't imagine staying anyplace else but at Marsha's divine VRBO. Always sparkling clean, very comfortable, close to everything. And the biggest plus? Marsha is the best host. We've become very friendly and my hubby and I have really enjoyed getting to know Marsha and her hubby. Beau and Jackson, their two wonderful dogs, are great fun - especially when we are missing our dogs. See everyone in November!!"

"Decent stay for the price. Location is great and we walked to the beach (with a kid and wagon) with no problem. It is also within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Our room had newer finishings but the bathroom tub/shower seemed outdated in comparison. The shower head water pressure was a little weak. The breakfast was fine but didn’t open till 7:30 and they seemed to run out of popular items early. The balcony was wonderful but be prepared for road/train noise. The staff was helpful but there didn’t seem to be many people working there. The property is older and could use a little TLC but overall was a good stay."

"The room was very clean & the bed was comfy. The AC worked very well. Theres a small swimming pool. There are restaurants within walking distance.The hotel is along the Coaster Commuter Train line. It was not an issue since the train passes by quickly. I'm a light sleeper. i stayed mid-week and the hotel was quiet. Staff is very helpful."

"The Hotel was under renovations, some of the amenities were unavailable. Microwave or Coffee pots were not in rooms, how ever the hotel did accommodate. Pool wasn’t ready, but it was ok I wasn’t trying to be at the pool lol we came to see the beach. The staff were all kind and sweet. Location was perfect, walking distance to moonlight beach and other things car was not required for my family. I would definitely choose this hotel again."

"Our one-night stay here was exactly the reset we needed! From check-in, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the fruity kombucha welcome drink set a great tone. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the outdoor yard access made us feel genuinely connected to nature. It was a much-needed break from digital screens and work stress ^-^ The in-room bath salt and fresh herbs turned a simple bath into a real highlight, and the licorice mint tea was so good I bought a box of the leaves from the gift shop before leaving. Breakfast came in a charming picnic basket, generous and fresh. Checkout was just as kind as check-in. This place really nails the "zen by the beach" feeling. We're already planning our next visit!"
