"My family and I booked two rooms for 5 days and chose it for the great location. The staff went above and beyond during our stay- starting from a late flight check in, to ensuring our rooms were right next to each other, booking amazing day trips to Ninh Binh & Halong Bay, to booking a shuttle to the airport and ensuring we had coffee for our departure. We were already blown away at how attentive the staff was but after our departure to our next city it was the cherry on top. My mother forgot an item in her room. We contacted the Hotel and not only were they able to find the item in a few hours, but they also shipped it to our next hotel! My mother was elated and we are so thankful for the patience and kindness that the staff has for each guest. "

"Very good hotel in convenient location in Hà Nội Old Quarter. Excellent room, well appointed with very comfortable bed. The pool was extremely refreshing on hot days! Only small gripe - no gluten free bread available at breakfast; not good for a celiac traveler! Nonetheless, will stay here again"

The breakfast buffet is excellent, with great vegan options which was important for me. I highly recommend the rooftop bar too, as well as the spa! Would definitely stay here again! "

"The moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with high respect and attentive care by the receptions. They are so friendly, helpful, and tried to assist me whenever needed. Room itself is nice. Breakfast option is the star here, super tasty and the restaurant team are attentive. "
