The hotel was conveniently located close to the Railway Cafe. It is also walkable to eating establishments. The reception staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Some things could have been spruced up in the room and bedroom but overall a great place to stay

This hotel is minutes away from the iconic railway tracks filled with tons of street food and Vietnamese coffee. Staff here are attentive and kind! They really made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend for the price you pay.

Very close to train street. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. Breakfast is a small scale buffet with the choice of a main dish. It was a good start to the day. Some areas of the hotel need updating, but for the price it represents good value. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location next to Train Street

Spoon hotel has amazing staff. The lady at the reception was so kind in assisting me. Room was very clean, and the laundry service was fantastic and affordable. Best part is the location of this hotel, it's just next to Train Street; also walkable to nearby shopping streets. What more can you ask for?

Hidden gem.

We loved this hotel. It’s such a good location. Right next to train street, and really close to shopping and great places to eat in the old quarter. Ms Thai and Phuc could not be more helpful, and the breakfast was good. Some fixings are a bit old but the beds are comfy and amenities good. Great value.

Super close to all the good stuff in Hanoi—local shopping, great food, and even some bars, including a speakeasy just a 1-2 minute walk away. The staff was really friendly and helped us out with things we weren’t familiar with, like tours, airport transport, and food recommendations. The room was super spacious and perfect for the five of us. I was also glad they had an elevator, which made dealing with our big luggage so much easier. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was strong, so we stayed comfortable despite the heat.

Good location near famous train street, street food, night market, etc. Great reception & kitchen staff. Simple but excellent breakfast. Both Thao & Phuc are remarkable. They help arrange airport to hotel pickup & a memorable Ha Long Bay trip for family of 6. Highly recommended. Only downside is the bathroom/toilet which needs some attention.

Reception Staff were very friendly and helpful. We used this as a quick stopover between trips so really didn’t expect or need a lot. Room was perfectly comfortable just to sleep until next pick up. Only problem is that breakfast was supposed to be served from 7 but wasn’t available until 7.25 so we were pushed for time before our trip collection.
