"We arrived early had to wait until 3 o’clock for our room. When we got to our room there was stains all on the couches. They were out of washcloths second day of stay . We were charged for using two towels with sand and lipstick on it. I have never been in a hotel where they charged you for using a towel with sand on there."

"Pool areas were always clean, 6th floor pool was our fave since it's only adults just sucked they closed at 7pm and opened at 10 am. Overall it was a great time and a calm hotel for the time we were there. View from our room on 11th floor was def gorgeous! "

"It all was amazing, only thing we were truly missing is a 27/7 coffee station since we’re big coffee lovers. The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful. I didn’t care for the staff who tried to push time shares or memberships though. Absolutely loved the swim up bar , the pool water was amazing and warm. "
