"stayed at this hotel primarily because of the advertised airport shuttle service during my transit. My shuttle was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I arrived at the pickup area at 8:45 AM. At that time, I was informed that the airport shuttle is provided only based on availability. The shuttle accommodates a maximum of approximately 20 passengers, depending on the amount of luggage. If the shuttle reaches capacity, guests are left to arrange and pay for their own transportation to the airport. This limitation was not clearly communicated when I booked my stay. To avoid misleading future guests, I believe the hotel should revise its description to state: "Airport Shuttle Service – Subject to Availability." This would set more accurate expectations and allow travelers to make informed decisions when choosing the hotel."
