The facility is very nice overall and the room was nice and large. The staff were very friendly. Property is nice but a little dated. The location of the hotel far from central Madrid to walk but only a 10-15min taxi ride.

Fantastic property and very friendly staff. About a 5 minute walk to the metro and 30 second walk to the bus stop which was so convenient. The only negative is that there are no convenient restaurants near the hotel, but there is a good grocery store about 2 min away.

Great hotel, in a rather residential area. It is close to the Madrid metro so it is easy to commute to the historic Madrid area. Room are very spacious considering europeen standard. Great breakfast buffet. Enjoying our stay so far.

This was a great location for having our convention, it is however a bit out of the city historical center. Accès to le central city is easy using Madrid Metro. Very spacious rooms considering européen standards.

Great experience and hospitality for our short stay. They have very friendly staff and Ruben at the reception gave us a very warm welcome/farewell. Definitely we will stay here again. The bus 133 is just outside the hotel that will take you to the Gran Via area. Otherwise the Metro Herrera Oria is just 10 mins walk. There’s also a supermarket within 2 mins walk but if you fancy something more a big shopping mall is just 20 mins walk. Personally I much prefer this type of hotel than a busy one located right in the centre.
