"I had a very nice stay at the Open Arms Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and made me feel at home. The room was first class with a view over the village green and very comfortable. The lounge area with the open fire is lovely and relaxing being able to have a pre- dinner drink and review the menu. It was a very enjoyable stay and will definitely be returning again in the very near future."

"Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t receive the check in instructions, so on arriving had to spend around an hour trying to figure things out. There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. This is a basic. "The apartment was in brand new condition and was excellently laid out with separate kitchen/lounge and sleeping areas. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional. This would be a great place to stay for anyone who wanted to visit Edinburgh for a few days. We also liked the large flat screen smart TV.
