Newly refurbished room that was very comfortable. Friendly owners who called to check when I was arriving & had the heater on when I got in. Small things like that make a motel stand out.

the large breakfast choice and quality of service

Friendy staff great pool clean comfortable rooms really comfortable bed

The hotel was great, the staff were very friendly, room was large and was very well presented, beds were very comfortable, and the aircon went straight on and worked well. We have a baby so the blockout curtains were excellent, minimal noise from neighbouring rooms, and staff were very understanding when our baby was asleep at the checkout time!

Stayed 5 nights in an upstairs room. Great view, friendly staff, clean and comfortable and located within walking distance of bakeries and dining. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean and well kept place, only issue was hotel staff weren’t reachable over the weekend

Had a great two night stay at Merool in a inland cabin. My wife and the children loved it, the kids especially enjoyed the games room and the kids activities that the staff put on. Will be back for another stay, will probably stay in one of their themed cabins next visit. Thanks Merool on the Murray.

For the first time we stayed in the ones on stilts quite high up overlooking river. When we got up and went on patio a kookaburra sat on rail about a foot away not even scared then another came and ended up with 4 it was amazing something never seen before. My friend actually finishing up feeding them by hand.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms. At a fair price.

Relaxing break with everything we needed, provided for us. Very clean and comfortable. Thoroughly recommend. Walking distance to cafes, shops and the port.

Service: Professional, Friendly; Cleanliness: Spotless; We have stayed at the Mercure many times and we'll be back

My 5 year old daughter and I stayed in a studio cabin. It was really well set up so that we could easily do our own meals if we wanted to. The splash park, pump track, flying fox, pool and jumping pillow were all a huge hit. We loved our stay so much that we have rebooked to come back again. One slight inconvenience was that phone reception was very patchy and no WiFi available except at reception.

Spacious rooms and good outdoor pool area

Gorgeous old period building in the heart of Echuca. Room was very spacious (Tower Suite) with a separate dressing room and bathroom. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful with excellent communication pre-arrival. Great pub across the road for food as well.

We had a family reunion in Echuca but decided to stay in Moama this is our 2nd stop at this motel, the new owners were so helpful with our family weekend as we had book 3 rooms, it had a nice clean pool, hot breakfast and the rooms were nice and quite to sleep in.

IT WAS NOT A TO GOOD BATHROOM AND TOILET TO SMALL AND CAR PARK VERY SMALL TO TURN AROUND THE THING I DID NOT LIKE WAS I BOOKED IT ON LAST MINUTE DEAL GOT AN EMAIL AND 5 MINUTES LATER GOT A HIGHER PRICE ON WHICH I HAD TO PAY FOR THERE COMMISSION SO DONT GO LAST MINUTE DEALS AS EXPEDIA OWN THEM AS WELL NOT HAPPY!

Everything was perfect, the Property Owner Terry is such a lovely friendly person 😊
