"Everything was excellent "

"Yes it was spotless & amenities was ok too but the whole time we were there the phone wasn’t working.I talked to the front desk & she said they will send a repair person but nothing happened.Our last day was terrible, kids were playing floor hockey in front of our room, I woke up due to too much noise. I thought they have camera on the hallway to monitor what’s going on. I have to go downstairs to complain. "

"We had suite and used the kitchen facilities during our 4 night stay. The location was perfect because my wife had an operation next door at St Paul’s Hospital. The Canada Line station (Vancouver City Centre) at Granville/Georgia (which accesses the airport) is only about a 15 minute walk to the Century Plaza. "

"Staff were great and room and hotel appeared clean. We were only there for about 6 hrs total before our flight so hard to give too much of a review. "
