"Clean and comfortable room for a short stay. Adequate breakfast. Good location in terms of walking down to the seafront. Would note for travellers with accessibility issues the hotel is at the top of a very steep road so may not be suitable for mobility aid users."

"Breakfasts very good"

"Lovely stay, helpful staff, great location."

"Room was pet friendly, staff were great, decor in room a bit tired but not enough to putting us off staying again, Bathroom door could fit better. Food was very good."

"I spent two nights here while attending a local event. Very kind hosts and a well-equipped room in a great location (my event was only a short walk away). I had a nice stay here."

"Absolutely lovely place to stay. Beautifully decorated. Nice food and pleasant staff all set in an outstanding location."

"Good location and reasonable rooms. Parking limited, although streets nearby. Slightly tired in places, however clean."

"The host was outstanding, very friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and comfortable, loved the lounge. It was well placed for the sea front and restaurants - we particularly recommend the Thai and Italian restaurants in Carlisle Road."
