"The only thing I didn’t like was the company trying to sell us a vacation plan the morning we arrived. It doesn’t make sense. Let us fully enjoy the property, then try to sucker us in. But the property, the staff in the amenities for the actual hotel were wonderful."

"Room clean hood enough for 3 stars. Staff does not understand english. Swim up bar was good. I would give 4 stars The pools need to maintenance The food litle salty Tennis courts and pickleball courts. Need to play early morning or afternoon after 5pm. Because the sun. Italy, Japanese and steak house restaurants are good. As 3.5 star Buffet i would give 3 stars Overall staff not in a service mode. And most staff does not know English. Not recommend for vacation. If you expect 4.5 stars service. I would go to Cancun, Bahamas, Caracao or Aruba. For little more cost."
