Great stay for a first time visit to Dubai as the mall itself can be reached by foot in less than 20 minutes. Apartment was really spacious and clean with everything we needed. Drinking water tap in the kitchen was really handy and the bed was HUGE! Only slight downfalls are the construction nearby (but we have found this in a lot of areas around Dubai) and the pool is shaded for most of the day.

Amazing!

Stunning room, very beautiful stay with lots of space and bathrooms for a girls trip. Check in was a breeze. The hotel has all amenities we could need from smoothies in morning to shop for snacks.

Very Disappointing – Never Again I recently stayed at Sonder Business Bay Apartments for 4 days, and I have to say I was very disappointed. The reception service deserves no more than 2 stars – unwelcoming, slow, and nothing close to the standard I expect from a 4-star property. The worst part was the valet service – it felt like a complete scam. In every hotel I’ve stayed at, valet is a convenience and part of hospitality. Here, it was the opposite: unprofessional, unclear charges, and overall unpleasant. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt taken advantage of. On top of that, the rooms smelled bad from the AC, which made the stay even worse. I tried this property thinking a suite experience would be worth it, but I can honestly say I will never do it again. There are far better hotels in Dubai where you’re treated with respect, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Sonder completely failed on that front.

I was not happy as first of all pics on Expedia made this property look far better the it is. Secondly these are managed apartments and there was no house keeping , not even fresh towels till you pay extra and what really annoyed me was there was only a basic cafe at property, no restaurant or anything. Yes there are options close proximity but I literally had big nights and came back to hotel with no food. Save your money and spend few hundred extra to stay at Me Dubai nearby, you’d would thank me.

This is a great property if someone is visiting with friends and family. I was with family of 9 people, the property had 4 bedroom with attach bath, big living room two balcony which gives a clear view of Burj Khalifa. All staff are very friendly and resturants are available in walking distance.
