This was our first time at Jumeirah Dar Al Maysaf, and it was an absolutely perfect stay from check-in to check-out! Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful, professional and attentive. Our lagoon room was beautiful, spacious, airy and luxurious, with a super-comfy bed and an incredible dressing area and bathroom. The outside balcony was incredible too, overlooking the lagoon, perfect for early coffee and evening drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed the aperitifs and snacks which were served each evening before heading off to dine in one of the amazing restaurants, We particularly enjoyed spending time at ‘Celeste’ which is an adults only pool bar with direct access to the beach and amazing views of Burj Al Arab! It was so peaceful with a cooling breeze from the ocean. Thank you to everyone for providing us with an unforgettable stay - we will definitely be back!

Another amazing stay at Dar Al Masyaf, completely faultless .a prompt check in, the excellent staff in the villa, butlers on hand if you ever need anything. We found the e butler service very useful. Always really enjoy our stay at dar al masyaf. Great kids club that our boys always enjoyed visiting. Food always good in all restaurants and service really good. Being the very hot period and it being quite a few bits of work going on around the hotel that is well hidden and not a distraction which is good to see them improving things. Could do with an update on the main pool at al qasr as there is a fair few lose tiles in the pool.

We like your hotel since 10 years, our family became your clients and a lot of our friends. We like your Staff and service and want to thank Ashis Gomes for his excellent service, as well as Rakib for cleaning excellently and being responsible. Perfection! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing. My husband collapsed while walking and needed to be taken to hospital. Management could not have been more accommodating. They did everything they could for him and were very helpful to me. Grace was especially helpful when I returned from hospital. The staff at the villas are wonderful very helpful and this includes the people doing the room servicing. We have stayed before but the newly renovated rooms have made a big difference.
