Very friendly staff, the lady on the reception was very welcoming. Large, very clean room. Room service quick and food, particulary the pizza very good. The hotel's Makar Scottish bar was excellent, the two Indian waiters are a big asset, they were very friendly, chatty, plus the food was amazing. We also went to Harat's Irish bar again great staff. Would recommend.
