The Sheraton Hotel, Jumeirah Beach resort is fantastic. It is a lovely hotel with beautiful outside space, a large pool and it's a great location. The staff are superb, friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay at Sheraton JBR.. by far the best pool I’ve been too at JBR in terms of size and it’s not blocked by other hotels so you get sun while in the pool. Private beach was nice to have also. Breakfast was more than adequate and the staff were amazing.. one of the hostess Pattie was particularly great with me and my family. We had a sea view room which was nice and spacious.. nice view of the big wheel, sea and the rest of the hotel.. only downside was no balcony on our floor (you had to pay more) so drying clothes was tougher but other then that was good. You’re right on the strip so you can exit the hotel and you’re at the end of the strip and walking 3-5 mins you’re around all the restaurants and stuff or via the private beach you can get there even faster. All in all we have stayed at 3 other hotels in JBR and this was the most pleasant experience we’ve had

Good Hotel in a great location
Nice hotel in a great location, service was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and outdoor areas are looking a little tired and need some maintenance. The net curtains in our room were grey and dirty but apart from that the room was clean and well equipped.

Family friendly but older hotel
This is an old hotel. You can tell once you get inside the room. The bathroom fixtures are outdated. The location is great being close to so many restaurants like Bla Bla and shopping. They have their own beach access and the hotel pool is ok. This is a family-friendly hotel with lots of space outdoors.

My 4rth time at this Sheraton. Always an excellent level of service with great rooms, outstanding staff and beautiful grounds. My main issue on this ovvasion is the bar next door Bla Bla. Blaring music until 3 am. Sheraton needs to take measures to stop this.

I agree with some of the other reviews: this property is dated but it definitely is not as basic as a Travel Lodge. It is still 5* if you bear in mind that it's an older hotel in a superb location. I was pleasantly surprised by the room which was spacious and very clean. Good black-out curtains, aircon worked fine and decent soundproofing (could not hear Iftar feasts or the Friday night party from first floor). Bathroom was tired but clean and hallway carpet was stained. Staff were all amazing: Olivier and Lee the trainee at reception, the brilliant cleaners and waiters, the breakfast staff every day, the lovely ladies at the cafe counter, all the pool and beach staff, the concierge who went out into the street to get us a taxi and had to drive back in the taxi as it was some distance away. They cannot do enough to help and are super-smiley and polite. The level of service is better than some 5* hotels I have stayed at. What you are paying for is location, location, location. If you want a new, snazzy hotel, this is not it. But there are very few places in Dubai where you can walk out of your hotel onto the beach and onto a pedestrian walkway that takes you to Ain Dubai (great for views, sunsets, food) and all the way past the Pavilion on the Beach up to the Hilton. It is such a pleasure to be able to walk, run, jog from the hotel and not have to get a taxi every time we want to leave the hotel. That is what you pay for. And this hotel is worth the trade-off.

Great vacation accommodation
The hotel was comfortable, perfectly located in JBR for restaurants, the beach and marina. Every staff member we spoke to was courteous, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Particular mention to Anastasia on reception who helped us when we arrived early and our room wasn’t available. She made every effort to minimise the inconvenience - a real star. Would definitely return again.

Great service & provided early check in seamlessly
They were extremely accommodating to the customer's needs. I arrived on a morning flight and they arranged earlier access to my room as soon as they had one ready, with no friction and no added charges. Same for check out, they offered extra time based on my flight time out with no cost and no friction. The cleaners would work around my schedule for when to clean the room if I was in there during the day, as a normal level of service. It was a very pleasing experience to stay at the Sheraton JBR and I'd recommend them.

January visit
Great hotel location. One of the first in the area and now looking a bit tired in places but more than made up for by the excellent friendly staff. I sadly suspect it won't be long before this valuable piece of real estate is replaced by a modern high rise hotel.

The location is excellent. On Jumeirah beach and close to the Marina. You can Uber anywhere for £7. Loads of restaurants, clubs and things to do…water sports, sky diving, everything is near by. I imagine it’s the best location one can have. Atlantis and the others all suffer from ‘keeping you in the resort’. You can get there cheap and then pay £100 for a pizza. The Sheraton puts you in walking distance to the best restaurants in Dubai. Sadly the Sheraton is dated and it feels seriously lacklustre compared to the headline hotels. Compared to Atlantis and the Royal Mirage it feels like a Travelodge. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a 5 star hotel and some aspects are worthy, but the decor, room feel and overall finish just isn’t competitive. If you want the perfect location for good value this is for you. If you want to be dazzled by the best Dubai has to offer, then you should avoid. Staff are good, as with everywhere in Dubia tbh.

Some of the staff members were super nice )Oliver!) but overall? They just don’t know how to clean the rooms properly, how to take care of birthday guests, how to literally do anything well. And the food is GROSS! I will not return. Hi
