Hey, so please read ALL the ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all that's going on in Dubai Marina and literally 2/3 minutes to the public beaches. There are lots and lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk to without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is cool and chic and has all you need to soak up the Dubai lifestyle in true form.

This spacious 1-bed apartment is located on the 1st floor. The building has a 24/7 concierge, an awesome outdoor pool and a gym. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsey would be proud of. There is also satellite TV and free WIFI, so lounge out on the sofa and upload those social media pictures you've just taken.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

There are lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops all within a 1/2 min walk. One of our favourites is the pizza restaurant on the ground floor, check it out.

SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:
If you require foldable chair and desk then there is ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
