"Everyone at the property was so helpful and pleasant. The room was nice and spacious, clean & the balcony area overlooked the pool area and the beach which was an amazing view. Taxi/Uber service was easily accessible. "

"Small/medium size hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Food is decent quality. Good medium size pool. Can get quite lively with poolside DJ. Direct access to the beach for one of the Palm canals. A few fish in the water but not enough for snorkling enthusiasts. You can walk to the Atlantis waterpark in 20 minutes if so inclined. Great place to relax and stay for 2-3 nights if you don't want to leave the hotel. If you are planning for several days of lazy 'all inclusive' style, don't go anywhere else, with a family then you might be a little bored after a few days. Not much going on in the evening."
