Beach and pool are always full, if you are not there to get a sunbed at 9 a.m., forget about the beach for the entire day, or sit on the towel. They try to upsell you on everything with their "minimum spend" of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Food was good, including breakfast and food in their restaurants; cleaning service was ok, but they move things in your room, and I lost my earrings in the room that were never found. That was the biggest dissappoint

Room was great after multiple times trying to get what I prepaid for and a two hour check in. Concierge can’t even get you into the facilities they have at the hotel yet concierge from different hotel can. Felt like non-guests had priority for everything. I positive I won’t be staying here- to enjoy there facilities when I stay elsewhere and still enjoy them!

View from my room was absolutely beautiful. Pool was very crowded but didn’t bother me much. Room was nice and clean. And mostly friendly staff except a single encounter with the elevator staff
