Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable from the very beginning. There was no warm welcome upon arrival, and the staff showed little interest or assistance. We were left confused and lost trying to find the elevators, with no guidance or support from the hotel team. The room itself was in very poor condition. There was an unpleasant smell, the bed was extremely old and uncomfortable, and the blanket felt like it belonged to another century. The towels were also very old and worn out, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, we did not feel comfortable at all during our stay. The level of cleanliness and service was far below expectations. In our country, even three-star hotels are generally clean, well-maintained, and provide much better service than this hotel. This experience was very disappointing, and we do not recommend staying here.

The property smells amazing and it is clean. The moment that you walk in, the smell of incense welcomes you but not it is not too powerful. Ajman is very far from Dubai and I did not realize that based on the map. I would not recommend using the concierge desk to book tours. I strongly suggest booking tours online with a reputable tour company prior to traveling. There is something very wrong going at that hotel with respect to costumer service. The staff is friendly or appear to be. The guy at the concierge desk booked our tour but decided to cancel without asking us and completely changed our plans and lied because he wanted us to go with a different tour. Also, we paid for a round trip taxi to and from the hotel prior to arrival. I confirmed with the desk about my car service to go back to airport. After confirming, I was told that I only paid for one way and having no choice and because I obviously had to to heard to the airport, I ended up taking a taxi. I was informed by email about three hours after confirming. You MUST take print outs of all reservations and also mention whether you have breakfast dinner and/or lunch included, if you paid in advance. The front desk seems to be clueless with respect to what is included in the reservation. I would not stay there ever again. I would not recommend this hotel, there are much better/nicer hones with better customer service in Dubai.

Hotel curatissimo nelle camere e negli spazi comuni sia interni che esterni. Personale cortese e disponibile. Apprezzatissimo il buffet della colazione per la varietà proposta e la cura. L’hotel offre un servizio di navetta gratuita per il Dubai mall e anche per il mall di Ajman (bisogna prenotarla almeno il giorno prima). Da segnalare una nota di demerito: avevo prenotato una camera per tre adulti (io,marito e figlia di 23 anni) ma era attrezzata per due persone… ok il letto king ma avevo dato per scontato la presenza di un letto aggiuntivo. Tutto era per due persone: accappatoi, asciugamani, ciabatte, bicchieri e tazze…. Alla reception, capito il nostro disagio e le nostre motivazioni sono stati velocissimi ad aggiungere quello che mancava ma sono rimasta un pò perplessa. Nel complesso il Voto che si meritano rimane comunque molto alto!

Dans l'ensemble établissement propre et nourriture correct , mais bruyant , très mal insonorisé pour du 5 étoiles. Peu de choses à faire aux alentours .
