This hotel is right next to an extremely busy road and even on 30th floor was noisy. Housekeeping was regular and good but the rooms are extremely dirty in terms of carpets full of stains and filthy, grout in bathrooms and shower heads full of mould etc. We stayed half board during Ramadan and management had decided it would be a Moroccan buffet - every night - really shouldn’t be selling half board if that is the choice made. Wouldn’t recommend half board anyway as no atmosphere, no drinks offered and food covered in flies. If you are coming to Dubai for a holiday we would not recommend this hotel.

The public areas of the hotel were clean and nicely presented. However, our apartment was tired and needed a thorough clean especially the carpets which were stained. The bathrooms also needed a deep clean. The lounge/dining area was fine. A number of requests for house keeping went without action and Reception had to be reminded several times. We were not advised that evening meals would be based on Moroccan cuisine during Ramadan so were surprised at the limited variety. The hotel is conveniently located and use of the Metro is good, however noise from cars on the motorway was loud even though we were on a higher floor. The windows did not dampen the traffic noise. The windows were also very dirty which obscured what would have been a lovely view. The staff were welcoming and friendly especially those in the dining area.

Ok Hotel was in a good location but not as good as Novotel Deria where I stayed several years ago. The TV Chanel’s were hard to navigate and the bathroom shower tiles needed fixing. But the gym was nice and breakfast was nice with a good choice of options and location was excellent for the metro

Not clean at all wr arrived and the room wasn't ready. While we are in the suite the washer mashine fladed with hot water and I have 2 babies 1and 2 years and after they fixed it they didn't clean. Next day the Lamb fall on my hawad. I don't recommend it at all

Room was neat. View was great. Breakfast was good but more changes could be made to daily breakfast menu. Late night service needs to be improved as requests don't get fulfilled often. Metro is close by. Receptionist Eva was very helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

It was quite bad. The pillows in this Novotel were the worst and the staff had no ideas on how to get better pillows. Housekeeping insisted that either coffee sachets or milk pouches are not given in the room to use with the hot water kettle. So as a policy they would only give flavoured tea and sugar in the room For coffee / milk you need to order and pay.

The paint in the room was peeling and generally looked very old. The pullout bed (sofa bed) was pathetic with a 1.5-inch mattress. The mattress cannot support the weight of an adult. This is for namesake only and don't fall for this feature/option. Breakfast is a cut-copy-paste daily without variation and below-average in taste. The only saving grace is the staff who are polite and friendly. Overall, the property does not meet the Novotel Brand.

I booked a room that said would accomodate 3 people. But when I inquired to get a cot, they said the room would not hold it. I had to upgrade, for a fee of course! I dislike false advertising but lately hotels have beeen notorious for this. Loved that it is next to a supermarket and metro station. Would stay again.

Hotel was good. We called housekeeping one day for new bath towels and water as we had given the old ones to the housekeeper that was outside our door doing another room. She had no bath towels on her cart. The phone call to housekeeping did not result in any bath towels being delivered.

Novotel Al Barsha Dubai
It was amazing. From the beginning all staffs were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and well air conditioning. Staffs always smiled and polite. Anna and Eva on reception were always on hand to help. Vikas the restaurant manager personally approached us and asked us if you had any issues. And he went above and beyond to help us. Great guy and very professional.

The hotel was large with great amenities. The staff were great and the service excellent. The only small complaint that we had was that the pool was a little warm and not refreshing at all. However it was the middle of summertime.

First thing when we arrived we just waited for 3 hours till we received the apartment the receptionist lady she was rude and not helpful the appartment old and the service not that hood as last year the air-condition in the sitting room not working just as a fan and the fridge in the kitchen has garlic smells ,the pathroom had very bad smells some days and they tried to fix the problem overall not that good as last 2 years when we was there

It offer breakfast, otherwise the Cafe Java has net flying and laying on the products. The Apartment/Hotel was old and outdated. The carpet had large dirt spots throughout the whole Apartment. One shower had hair the other one had mold. It advertises with a balcony , there wasn’t. To book excursions, it appears that she didn’t want to help, plus she was no help, actually told us to book with some other company. I give the hotel 2star. You are within walking distance to the Mall of Emirates
