The staff were very helpful and very pleasant. The dark corridor getting out of the elevator was a bit spooky and took getting used to. But otherwise I had a lovely time

I chose a waterfront view so my room was very nice and clean and spacious and as i was on my own i felt the hotel was very safe. The staff was amazingly polite and friendly and very helpful to my needs. i would recommend this hotel. Thank you to all The staff at Jaddaf waterfront

This is a lovely family hotel - staff are fantastic, food excellent, everyone so helpful. Fairly near the Metro which offers a great service into main areas. Would highly recommend.

편하게 지내다가요.
숙소가 조용한편이였으나 근처에서 아직 공사중이라 낮시간에는 소음이 있어요. 다른 몇년전 후기에서 공사중이라길래 이젠 끝났겠지 했지만 아직 공사가 완료되려면 멀어보여요. 직원들은 친절했고 필요한게 있을때 금새 해결해줬어요. 조식은 종류가 많지는 않았지만 구성이 괜찮아 우리 가족은 만족했습니다.

Yamuna was amazing. Her smile was very friendly and makes you feel at home. Actually everyone was very nice and the above was professional, friendly and fast, but in my opinion Yamuna somehow to the experience to the next level.

The staff was great and the property looks really cool. The cleaning staff and the receptionist were very pleasant. We loved the view from the windows and the rooftop pool.

The staff were amazing & nothing was too much trouble. The area is currently been developed so very little around it. However, they was a big retail outlet being built opposite and a metro station in walking distance.

It was a nice cozy hotel. Very clean. Staff is very nice. Would recommend to get the breakfast included in the price because it’s more expensive if you don’t. It is very central. Also, for who is interested, they do not sell any type of alcoholic beverages.

The facilities at this hotel are generally nice, but I wouldn't stay here again because it was very noisy -- any sound in the hallway comes straight into the room and if you have loud next door neighbors, you'll hear everything. I was also disappointed in the "gym" - which only had 2 stationary bikes and not much else.

I love the easy access to the metro line. Also, the waterfront walking is great for exercise. The supermarket across was helpful. I didnt like the limited options the restaurant had

Upon reaching the rooms, I noticed that there was dirt on the floor of the room and that made me unsure about the accommodation, and the presence of drinking water in bottles that are refilled by them (not new). How can I trust drinking such water without a tight closure or at least the presence of a sticker for protection, weak air conditioning Performance, first and last experience in this hotel
