This process is seamlessly managed through the Airbnb Resolution Centre, independent of our company. The deposit amount is tailored to the duration of your stay, seasonal considerations, and the size of your party. To ensure the security of all involved, we'll need a photo ID from you, and we'll ask you to agree to some additional terms and conditions. Please note, provisional driving licenses are not accepted as valid ID. We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. We embrace the spirit of community and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. We strictly prohibit parties or disruptive behaviour. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit.
