"My second stay at this boutique hotel. 2 miniyes from pub street but far enough away for peace and quiet. All the staff are exceptional and will help you with everything. Will be back soon :)"

"The staff and owners were incredibly friendly, helpful and flexible. The breakfast was delicious, and we were right near many amazing restaurants. The pool was a great way to cool down after a hot day out and about. We would stay here again!"

We had a fantastic stay at the Golden Temple Residence in Siem Reap. It's brand new, rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly with lots of little perks. They also had a cold towel waiting for us when we got back. The pool is small but good. The stay was excellent value for money -- it included free breakfast buffet, a free massage, and a free lunch/dinner. The location is quite good too, it's a 1 minute walk from a nearby night market, and just 3-4...

This hotel was a great find, the rooms were beautiful, modern, well equipped, with a view over the divine pool. Breakfast is good although they should ditch the instant coffee for the real stuff. The staff are incredibly attentive and can't do enough for you- they organised our trips to the temples, helped with transport etc. Definitely would stay here again in a heart beat. Thanks to Mr Heng Bophin for being so helpful.

Amazing property. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful for anything we could possibly need. The grounds were kept immaculate and the on site spa was one of the best massages I've ever had. I couldn't have asked for more in a resort.

Wonderful visit. Awe inspiring temples by day, should only be done in a tuk tuk! Forget the buses and taxis. Tuk Tuk's bring a relaxed approach. Retreat to the elegance of the hotel and enjoy the wonderful pool and service!

The hotel offers, by far, the most superb, professional, yet friendly, experience. Everyone from concierge, to the staff in the restaurant, to the pool-bar staff are extraordinarily friendly and professional. After 6 nights we truly were reluctant to leave. Hotel is also very well located to travel out to the temples or into town. We have stayed at many Accor properties, but this one is far superior to any of the other offerings. Félicitations Pascal & team!

We came to Siem Reap to stay at the Sarai at the end of an 11 day trip to Thailand and Cambodia, there were six of us travelling together with 3 seperate rooms. We stayed at 5 different places throughout Thailand and Cambodia and this would have to be our favourite. The staff were beyond helpful, the food was excellent, the pool was available to use at any time with a poolside bar and noodle bar in the afternoon. The hotel is located walking distance from Pub St and the night markets and if you...

had a wonderful stay at the Anantara, the staff were outstanding in every way and could not be more helpful. The room was nice and the food was really good, but it was the really the hotel staff that made the difference - they arranged tours to the temples for us which could not have been better

Our stay at Velea was fantastic. The building is only 2 years old, very modern, with continual maintenance as it shows no signs of wear like many places do. Pool and Gym facilities are on point. The staff always make a big difference, the staff at Velea were amazing. Chhean provided exceptional service, ensuring any requests were promptly followed up, and being just truly friendly and enthusiastic to assist , we appreciated him very much.
