"It was really good, made my stance comfy and there was no problem with the commodities. the A/C couldn't help a lot with temperature (you can use blankets). I recommend bringing shampoo, conditioner, and some kitchen cloths for cleaning.
The place was beautiful and well cleaned"

The hotel is well located and is in a safe area The room was not overly large and is a bit dated. Some noise does come up from the internal cafe downstairs with loud talking and furniture. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A number of restaurants nearby.

Excellent location to subway, shops, laundry, fast foods.Cerro Santa Lucia is across the road. Walkable to Bellavista, Plaza de Arms, Forestal park, Lastarria street and funicular.
Staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. Our Spanish was poor but we had no communication issues at anytime. There was always someone at the front desk who spoke English. Reception was 24/7 which was very convenient as we arrived early morning.

We added the breakfast and Crowne Club package at US $20 / day/ person and were upgraded to a suite. Well worth it! Staff ALL spoke English well and were very friendly.

Thank you to whoever is managing this property and for the owner. We appreciate the place, the welcoming vibe, and the thoughtfulness put into making your guests feel comfortable. I love the place, it is a bit small but i absolutely love the place - we had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. I highly, highly, highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santiago.
