"The staff at Lastarria Hotel and Apts are very helpful! I appreciated that they had someone on location 24 hours a day and most staff could speak English. The location is terrific—close to the metro and lots of restaurants. The 1-bedroom apartment was perfect for 2, a little squishy but doable for 3."

Located in the historic area, where the architecture is lovely. I walked from/to here every day and had no concerns of the neighborhood.
Rooms and breakfast were a class above a regular modern tourist hotel. And the staff are friendly and helpful.
I'm 75 and active, and would stay here again

I can't praise the staff and this hotel enough. The staff were attentive from the start. Antar sat down with us to pour over a map and show us where to visit, suggesting places to eat and good walks in the area. The hotel is in a great location. It is newly built but has an old world charm with excellent attention to detail in the furnishings and fitout. The foyer is a cosy place to sit to have a drink or just soak in the atmosphere of the place. It's rare that you can do that - most hotel...

Although a brief stay, the appartment is just perfect for short stays.
Within the vicinity there are a handful of eating options and mini supermarkets.
The accommodation alone was clean and tidy. The check-in procedure was super simple and despite having language barrier we communicated just fine with Google translate. Would recommend. Gracias.

This is definitely a five-star hotel. The decoration is elegant and the staff are very kind. The location is perfect, very near to most tourist attractions by walking distance. Overall, I do enjoy my three-day stay at this hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights after a 25-day tour of Peru and Chile prior to flying out from Santiago. The fantastic old colonial mansion has been refurbished, so the rooms are different sizes, the timber floors creak a bit but the service, style and good value make up for it, as well as the closeness to bars and restaurants. It's also a comfortable walk (20-30 minutes) to the central city area. All day tea, coffee and biscuits downstairs is a bonus. Rooms were spotless and warm, beds and pillows...

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. Easy walking distance to everything. Safe neighbourhood. Staff were wonderful, in particular, the cuban gentleman at the front desk who really went out of his way to assist us. He made our stay so much more enjoyable. Room was small but comfy. Nice views out the the mountains. Would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is quite charming, having a traditional feel but with modern facilities. The breakfast was exceptional - fresh, tasty and with lots of choice. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Being so close to a metro station was a bonus.

Apartment was clean and spacious and in close proximity to metro, cafes, restaurants, bars, ATM's and supermarket. Safe part of Santiago and no street noise in our apartment on 3rd floor.
