However, the staff was extremely understanding and helpful, and they did their best to get it resolved as soon as possible. In the end I was comfortably checked into my room and the rest of the stay was without any issues at all"

We did take a bottle of wine to skip the daily cleaning, but the room was not cleaned until late the night before we left.
