"This is a really nice hotel in a lovely location on Airlie beach. Rooms are spacious and clean, and views of the bay are lovely. Staff are very helpful. My only complaint is the level of noise at the hotel, the beach and pool area that overlooks the sea, play boom-boom pow music almost constantly and in our view, interferes with a relaxing vibe. Other than that, really nice stay. Sept 2026"

"Mirage has excellent location, right above the water, with a walkway to get to Airlie beach and the marina. It also has a bus stop just down the road to get to Airlie beach or any other location. The apartment was huge with sweeping views of the water. The only negative for me was the bed, which was too soft but that is individual preference. The buffet breakfast was sufficient, however if you wanted real coffee you had to purchase from the bar, otherwise just instant coffee. Generally, buffet breakfast has at least percolated coffee included. The resort is well maintained, and beautiful. There are two pools, one of them adults only which is a nice option for those who prefer a quiet time."

"The ocean views are totally worth the steep driveway to get to your apartment. We loved the infinity pool and utilised the gym. The staff were so friendly and welcomed us warmly. The location to town was perfect and the rooms were so spacious and clean. We highly recommend staying. If a steep walk up the driveway doesnt suit you, there are plenty of taxis available but you may still have to walk stairs to get to your apartment."

"This property was fabulous. As described. It was very clean well appointed and we had everything we needed. The check in was easy and the whole place was very welcoming. The pool was lovely and opened until later which was perfect. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to airlie beach centre, along a fabulous board walk with great restaurants and cafes along it."
