All good

This propertu was true ski in ski out. The decor was stunning and modern. The room was beautiful with everything you could want. Including kitchen, washer/dryer 2 toilets and comfy bed and furniture in the 1 bedroom unit. One of the best things were the staff. They were all so friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The restaurant and bar run by Zen was so much more than expected. Delicious food and produce. Breakfast, lunch and dinner menu has endless...

We very much enjoyed our stay at Chalet Ivy. The room was a good size and the drying cupboards were very welcome as they helped to dry out ski jackets etc. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of choices. Staff were helpful and polite. The ski concierge and hire service was also very useful. Prices for ski hire were competitive except for helmets which were a lot cheaper to hire elsewhere eg Rhythm

Only stayed there for 2 nights, but I definitely loved it. The room was spacious and in good order. The view of Lake Toya was beyond description. It was so refreshing to be able to see the beautiful lake view every morning I woke up. The hot bath was super amazing. The service was good and very attentive.

Excellent location , ski in / out with both mountain gondola and chairlift right outside hotel , ski valet made everything super easy , hotel is remote however from the main town, there are free shuttle buses that take about 25 mins to Hirafu village , there’s a few restaurants next to Hilton which are nice , Hilton also has several restaurants which are all delicious

Absolutely amazing place for kids and family. Everything is within door step and staff are amazing… we will be back 😎

spotless room, nice private hot spring bath, courteous staff.

We stayed six nights at the Westin Rusutsu on a recent skiing holiday. The Rusutsu ski resort basically offers two choices of accommodation as there is no village per se. Choose the Westin. It delivers exactly what you expect from a Westin hotel with careful thought having been given to the specific requirements of a ski holiday. The staff manage all the associated logistical issues efficiently and professionally. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Note they are split over two levels...

Extremely helpful friendly staff

Wonderful place to stay. They picked us up from the bus station which is only 300 meters away but with the snow would have been hard to walk. The front desk were always friendly and helped when they could. Breakfast fresh and plentiful. Both restaurants were great. With Sushi Shin unbelievable an experience to have.
