"The hotel is great , so is the town in Niseko. As it was early ski season, snow wasn’t the best and the hotel didn’t want to help with rentals , so we had to rent from the next town over and use the hotel’s shuttle to ski from there . Great stay thiugh "

"The room is huge… given that it’s a service apartment. The washer and dryer made a lot of difference to our trip at Rusutsu. The area is clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Mountain View is definitely amazing, especially during winter. While it is a bit of distance from the main resort area, it is walkable (or you can just drive there if you have a car) and sheltered all the way from the Vale to the main resort area. Will stay here if I were to come to Rusutsu again. "

"The hotel is conveniently located in the hotel alley. Central location to many nice sightseeing spots. The diner meal is really awesome. Many bath locations with the ajoined sister hotel next to it. Highly recommended. "
