The property exceeded our expectations. The staff were the most friendly and helpful of any hotel we have stayed at. I would highly recommend. Walking distance to all major attractions and still far enough to be quiet and not crazy busy. Breakfast was superb. My highest rating

Spacious room for family of 4. Convenient location with lots of eateries and some shopping close by. Happy stay with daily housekeeping and supplies, Lots of water, juice, drinks, snacks at no extra charge. Shared ice machine available. Gym and laundry, usb charging ports handy. Friendly helpful staff. Only downsides: smelly fridge in our room probably not cold enough, leaky shower due to 100% not watertight door seal, high tub to shower in (no issue for able ones like us), no non slip in tub....

Very nice staff, very nice room. Great location. Plenty of traffic noise could be heard in the room. Not many dairy free breakfast options.

Quiet location in a garden setting. Close to Trastevere, but far enough sway to stay quiet. Rooms are modern, dark, well appointed with fab air con. Staff super friendly. Breakfast great selection. Lovely terrace with bar service too.

Couldn’t fault the Art Otel in any way the staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. The gluten free options were unexpected but extremely welcome, as a coeliac having the choice presented was fantastic. The room was spotless and maintained to a very high standard. From check in to check out the service was fantastic. Highly recommended the Art Otel for your next stay.

Excellent place to stay. Great customer service..great breakfast and very clean!

The hotel is unique. The bathrooms are small but interesting tiling, great towels etc.. make them fun. The murals and details on wardrobes and headboards are all different and very Romanesque. This wasn't our first hotel choice as another booking had been accidently cancelled by the hotel but we were surprised and will come to this one again. The staff were so freindly and extra helpful.

Quiet. Perfectly located for airport transfers via the train. Good location for walking to sight see. Good restaurants, supermarket etc all within a couple of hundred metres of the hotel. Ideal.
