Although this property is a little dated it was excellent. The place was very clean and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The bed was very comfy.

We were upgraded to a family room as we had an unpleasant experience with our previous stay. It was really appreciated.

We stayed in a king studio room and had access to 2 outdoor balconies with a fantastic view of Albert Park and beyond to St Kilda Beach.
There was no dining option in the hotel complex but hopefully that will come in time.
A very pleasurable experience and we hope to return next year!

We had a lovely stay, the room was very large and a very generous bathroom. The location is fantastic. The only let down, and very minor, was that I asked the concierge for a local yoga studio. I ended up doing a class at a lovely location very close to the hotel which he didn't tell me about. I then found a brochure in the hotel which recommended the studio and I could have done the class for free through an offer with the hotel. I am not complaining but I would have thought the concierge...

Lovely spacious twin room with lovely bath complete with salts! Comfy bed and feather pillows. Loved it. Felt the in-house movies were a bit expensive at $19!

Third stay at W hotel and was good! Abit disappointed the temp of the pool this time. Main reason we stay here and it was freezing! Service is good as usual and room was exception. Please review the temp of the pool immediately.

Our first time staying at the intercontinental and it was amazing. Breakfast is better than first class. The room could be made darker than dark and was almost silent. Highly recommend
