"Our room was dirty upon check in and the air wasn’t working. While the hotel itself and the staff was great there was no attention to the issues we flagged when calling the front desk. "

"Don’t use the valet, they will damage your car! I paid 75$ for valet parking and they damaged my bumper! Definitely not worth 450$ a night! Also the hot tub handle was broken ."
