The pool area is very clean and inviting the breakfast is a top 10 so many selections you’ll never get to them all very helpful Staff when we had some questions highly recommend and we will certainly visit again. "This was our 3rd stay at Pelangi but first with the new renovation - which is superb! We stayed at the Westin for the first 3 nights - which was a mistake in hindsight and we should have come straight to Pelangi Beach Resort. We'll be back again for sure! "

"Below expectations.. Unfortunately, we found the experience fell short of what we anticipated for a property of this caliber and price point. The resort itself feels somewhat dated and outdated in certain areas. While the overall grounds and atmosphere are pleasant and relaxing, the rooms and facilities show signs of age that don’t fully align with current 5-star standards. Given the high rates and our expectations for safety, maintenance standards, privacy, and guest care at a Westin property, we were left quite disappointed. While the relaxing setting has potential, several key aspects like room condition, view accuracy, value for money, and handling of security and maintenance concerns need significant improvement. We would think carefully before recommending or returning."

"Superb hotel, amazing welcome from the moment you step out of the taxi. Beautiful suite, lovely bed and excellent quality bed linen. Great food in the restaurant, try the afternoon tea a very British feel to the service. Can’t fault this hotel, well apart from the lukewarm tea at breakfast."
