"The owners worked really hard to make this a nice place. It looks great on the inside with lots of nice updates and touches. The location is perfect for walking to downtown and the AT. Be warned that it is a duplex and it's easy to hear the people next door. I would stay again."

"I had a lovely stay. Will stay there again. The property was spotless!!! Nice touches of information and convenience. Lovely people to deal with. After 25 miles on the AT this place was perfection. The only negative is I only booked one night! Next time I will stay longer."

"Place was just as advertised. The neighborhood is off the beaten path but way up in the NC mountains. It was a good 10-15 degrees cooler than down in Atlanta. "

"The cabin itself is beautiful but it needs a deep thorough cleaning. The linens were dirty on one of the beds and another bed had hair on sheets which tells me they were not even changed from the prior guests. Floors, toilets were filthy. We found dead bugs in one of the showers and on many of the window sills. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer available so we could was the bedding. "

"I had no real problem with the property and what it had for me. The loft area for sleeping is not made for tall people like myself, so it could get a little tight changing clothes, etc. Not a big deal. Where I have issue is the long-term residents below my space. We are asked to be considerate about noise after 10:00 pm. While I have not problem doing that, I would expect the same in return. They were noisy at various times during the day and night. Doors slamming and arguments happening...

"Very secluded and quiet, easy access but parking is challenging, nicely decorated, very firm bedding, adequate amenities although more creamer olwould be nice. "

"The Delightful Cottage truly lives up to its name! However, I’ve seen no mention of the lovely front porch. The porch is wonderful, looking out on the mountains in the evening, surrounded by beautiful flowers. When the sunsets the action starts with the thousands of fireflies. A wonderful place to relax.
