It is VERY easy to access the home, via only paved roads, and is close to downtown Marshall. The home affords year-round access, does NOT require 4-wheel drive, and is NOT off any steep rural mountain roads; easily accessible to downtown Asheville. The home is situated on 24 acres of mountain property, affording private, safe places for kids to play & explore, adults to take a hike, and everyone to relax & enjoy the unreal views.

Events are allowed at this property for up to 150 guests. ALL Events will have fees associated with hosting an event, and determined/finalized once a guest headcount is shared. The Event Fee will be assessed outside of, and separate from the normal rental costs.
