Beautifully decorated, great staff and fabulous breakfast

If I was to sum up my experience in two words it would be, absolutely spectacular! From the intimate and personal service to the exceptionally appointed rooms and breathtaking scenery! I have travelled the world extensively and this has to be at the top of my picks of places to stay and more importantly revisit! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

We Cycled around the wineries, sampled the wine where we stayed, ate in their great restaurant options, in a fabulous setting, had a massage at the spa and swam in the lovely pool area. All in all we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

One night only but perfect stopover to see a little more of Bordeaux

We both had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Everything was extremely comfortable. Staff were really obliging. Nothing was too much trouble. Location was perfect and we loved the river view. Many thanks, J & H

Fantastic stay really enjoyed it

This is such a beautiful and unique property only a short tram ride from the centre of Bordeaux, but close to the train station and local shops (Spar and Boulangeries, etc). The staff member on during the day at the front desk was amazing! Helpful, so welcoming, and made our stay. The staff overall was so kind and we enjoyed our time in Bordeaux so much as a result.

Honestly, the hotel had everything we needed. We only stayed for one night as we were catching a train the next morning at 6 am to Paris but it had everything that we needed, it exceeded expectations, the check-in process was extremely smooth, I would highly recommend for anyone who needs just a short stay and very convenient to be next to the train station.

Great service from the front desk staff. They went out of their way to ensure guests had a full experience in Saint Emilion. Lovely old building in the middle of the old town.

New building in regenerating area. Water views of safe harbour.

Comfy bed. Great coffee in the room. Great staff

5 minutes walk to st Jean station. Tram stop ring on front door, convenient to city centre. The property is clean, deco is very elegant, very professional staff. Will come back for longer stay.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, small and personal. Staff, interior and location all exceptional. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautifully appointed room. Quiet and private location. Well appointed gym although very small. Nice pool and sauna but with weird rules that aren’t obviously published anywhere - expect a telling off from the ‘wellness’ staff if you don’t follow the mystery rules! Bar is very nice, a great space to relax and service there was outstanding. Restaurant looked lovely too, but with dinner service not starting until 7pm, we didn’t bother - plenty of other equally good/better options nearby. We didn’t...
