Book City Of Swan Hotels

Amazing property to spend a few days. Like a ‘home away from home’. Stunning views from the private cottage and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Staff could not have been more accommodating! We will definitely be back….

It was a lovely property with very nice and accomodating staff. Only concern was the undercover parking, the door took a long time to close and there was a dodgy guy that kept coming in. Would be nice to have the door close a little quicker upon entry.

Very well appointed chalets. New, clean, spacious.

We needed a place nearby to Houghton's Winery for a family wedding. This location was ideal. There was also ready access to major shops and railway a station, both within walking distance.

Really enjoyed this historic hotel and being able to sit in the garden for a drink and dinner. Convenience to Perth airport was an advantage and even though the flight path is overhead, noise was not a problem. Room was spacious and well appointed.

Staff were very good polite and helpful, would recommened staying here.

they help me re-booked my accomodation even it Im already checked in as I need to splip my accomodtion. Front desk are lovely and they help me without any hesitation and good thing with no cost involve. I forgot the name of the girl but she has long hair. This is my second time in staying and I will do it again when we head back to Perth.

Was done for my granddaughter birthday was lovely and clean and very nice. Thankyou 😊

proximity to airport

Stayed to have time to visit friends so having a base point was important. Just a few minutes walk to Joondalup shopping center. Dome next door and other restaurants. Great place to stay

Secure parking, clean hotel and rooms, friendly staff, great food and coffee, only downfall was rooms aren’t as soundproof as I thought they would be, but overall was amazing and good price, will definitely stay again!

Comfortable Excellent service Bar and breakfast staff so helpful and friendly.

We just had the best stay ! The property is beautifully positioned between the airport and the city , overlooking a small cove off the main Swan river . It is in a highly protected position from the wind , perfect aspect for the sun , extensive water views , fabulous walks all around the river front , through the most beautiful gardens , cafes and restaurants just below the units at street level !! I would happily live here !! The unit has all facilities you need , cooking , washing , ironing...
