Booked a certain room because I’m a light sleeper. They confirmed then upon arrival said too bad the whole floors under construction, why not let a person know then? "

"I stayed on the P level. The room was in the basement with almost no outside view, and it was located next to the pool restroom. I never expected it to be underground. I don’t think a room like this should be sold to guests."

"We loved our stay at the Moose for our ski trip. The fireplace in our king suite and rooftop hot tubs were both well-enjoyed. It was super convenient to many restaurants and the SkiBig3 shuttle stop, too. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!"
