"PM78 is in a great location for easy access to restaurants, shopping, exploring and museums. We felt completely safe walking the neighborhood after dark and the building itself had good security features. "Had trouble reaching them because they wouldn’t answer, not even the emergency number. The AC wasn’t working so they let us stay in another apartment but we had to move from, so in total we moved 3x. plus one of the apartments didn’t have an elevator so we had to carry our stuff up. "

The floating market and the maritime museum are within walking distance. The balcony overlooks the Iguana Cafe and the floating bridge. It's lively and entertaining in the evenings.
