"Everything was wonderful! Staff was great and food was surprisingly A LOT better than typical all-inclusive. A lot of dishes felt authentic to Curacao, fresh, and gourmet. Our favorite restaurant was Bloom in Zoetry despite us having access to Il Mare & Dreams. We had one issue with trying to order room service late at around 10pm on a Saturday night, they said the chefs were not available—but we survived lol. I would highly reccommend Zoetry & iL Mare!"

"Birthday girls trips in Jan 26. The property is 30 mins from airport and 45 - 1 hr away from down town Williamstead. The property is beautiful and tranquil but far so a rental car is a MUST. It took an hour to checkin only1 associate at registration and he was fielding requests and complains from guests in addition to checking in. We grabbed a pizza and some drinks and waited patiently. Once checked in we were golf carted to our villa. The Villa - Lots of potential but there were issues. 1. Was told it was newly renovated but it seemed incomplete. There was only 1 mirror in the powder room 1/2 bath in a 4 bedroom villa. No other bathroom had mirrors. So 4 girls trying to apply make up and get dressed with no mirrors was a hassle. insufficient lighting so it seems they didn't think it through. Pack a travel mirror with light. 2. The dining area was bare. No table no furniture. Just empty space. We used the kitchen island to dine or we sat on the pool deck outside to eat. Just thought a table with some chairs would have been standard, 3. The infinity pool was not working. Never worked through our stay although maintenance said it would be repaired. 4. The toilet in one of the bedrooms flooded and there was pools of water that we had to use towels to clean up. More work maintenance took a while to come fix it. 4. We got handed a ring of many unlabled keys. Had to figure out which keys went to which door in a villa with many doors. Was told I'd get a credit never got it."

"We liked our hotel. It was nice and clean. I went there with my 2 kids they were both happy. The staff was friendly. It was very close to the town. There were alot of food options around. "

"The resort was excellent. Food was simple but very good. Staff were amazing. Only one regret, there rental car situation was not great. Could not get a car until 3:00 in the afternoon (every day) and you had to return it 11:00 the next day. Not a good situation when you wanted to look around the island."

"The rooms are small! Hotel is extremely overpriced. The mattress is thin, pillows small and the cover was really thin. There is no mirror and the ceiling leaks when AC is on. The balcony is a joke. Pool area closes at 6pm. The employees at the restaurant pool area are rude and standoffish. They only cater to those who look like them. I am confused as to how this hotel has so many good reviews. The only good thing about this hotel is the area. Shaniya who works at the front desk was really nice and did her best to make our stay better. Overall, I would not recommend, you can find better options."

"Poor meals choices. Food was very salty, tasteless. Recycled lunch menu for dinner. Food was not label so you had no clue what you were eating. Staff attitude stinks especially front desk staff. Hyaat needs to do something with this resort as it is a slump. "
