"The staff, rooms and grounds were great. I just wished they had restaurants on the resort that was open past 6pm. Also people are on vacation no one is trying to get kicked off the beach by 6 & then have to go find food since it’s not an all inclusive place. All rooms should get wash clothes not a boxed towelette. You need wash clothes to wash your face as well as your body."

"Overall, Lions Dive was a clean and well maintained resort. There was some construction going on, but it was not intrusive. My only compliant would be the pillows on the bed, they were oddly shaped and small, a bit uncomfortable, but my room was one of the more updated rooms, which was nice and we had a nice view of the Ocean, so it was delightful."

"Very clean, modern, spacious room. The ocean front view was amazing. Cleaning staff was very friendly. Check in and out process was very smooth and the lady who checked us in was wonderful. Some of the bar tenders were eh, but many were very friendly and helpful. The pools were nice and had a fun vibe, but definitely could use a little renovation. The beach was gorgeous. I loved the buffet options. The sit down restaurants were just average. My 7 year old had the best time at the water park!"

"My husband and I stayed at Art Hotel to celebrate my birthday and our 26th wedding anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and in a great location. Our ocean-view room was stunning, and the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and even helped coordinate decorations for my birthday, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, there were some service issues. After 10 p.m., there appeared to be no staff on the property—not even security. There are no phones in the rooms, no ice machines, and no clear emergency contact. One member of our group became ill late one evening, and we couldn’t even get ice or a ginger ale. Thankfully, it wasn’t an emergency, but it highlighted the need for overnight guest support. We also noticed inconsistent service. The pool staff was excellent the first two days, but afterward we had to repeatedly ask for towels that never arrived, and food and drink service became slow. Other guests were often served before us. Breakfast was also inconsistent. Our first meal was excellent, but the second morning the service was slow, we weren’t checked on, and the food presentation was poor. Overall, Art Hotel is a beautiful property with amazing views and great potential. With more consistent service and better after-hours support, it could be an exceptional place to stay."
