Great location. Room super clean. Comfy bed , quality bed linen. Well furnished room. Centrally located in Willemstad. Minute walk to floating bridge and dining options in Punda & Ottrobanda. However, I booked a few times and not get what I booked ie. table & chair, balcony depending on availability. It is a bit annoying to have to bring it up and showing the screenshot of your booking. When booking in Expedia - a pre paid there should never be a $150 incidental holding fee. It’s ridiculous because there are no amenities involved. You are provided by a parking fob which doesn’t really work. You are charged. If a ticket comes out they want to charge you again. Ridiculous Bathrooms are small. Rooms are good size. Infilled holes in the walls. Front desk not overwhelming friendly. I give this a rating of 6 out of 10. Other
