"The resort is very old, and in dire need of an update. We traveled as a group of six, in three different rooms, and all of our rooms were very dirty. Food options are very limited. Unless you are getting up at 6AM, don’t expect to get a chair on the beach as all are taken. We had people in our group get up by 7am each day; and struggle to find chairs. We were told that this resort would be closed within the next two years for a total renovation. I wouldn’t recommend traveling here until that is done."

"HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE. SO OLD and bed is like CONCRETE. I should have believed the reviews and stayed somewhere nice and just spent the money. Our room was disgusting. Old, moldly wet spots on the ceiling, AC spitting out dust, shower looked like a prison cell. We traveled with our 16-month-old son and nothing was kid friendly. The balcony has bars so far apart he could slip though, so dangerous. The crib provided was doll sized and had a broken leg, had to get a 2nd one, mattress has yellow urine stains and our sheets had blood spots, so disgusting. Waited at the front desk 2 hours just to check in and asked someone for food after traveling wigg to our toddler and no one would help us. He slipped and cut his lip open on all the wet tile and I ran around the resort trying to find ice. Staff were mostly rude and seemed irritated in the restaurant. The buffet was so gross, food sat out for many hours. Drinks were watered down and sugary. One high chair for the entire resort it was a joke. Pool and ocean front gorgeous but the resort is SO GROSS. I beg you don’t stay here. I’ve never seen such an old room. The shower pressure was a small trickle 1/10 pressure, not kidding. Asked someone for help at the desk, would not help us. FOOD IS AWFUL. The hotel is trash and nobody cared. They make money only because the beach is beautiful and ocean waters are clean and blue. 0 star resort, 5 star beach/oceanfront. This was a trip for our 5 year wedding anniversary, total joke. Sad. "

"Palace resorts are amazing. Our 4th visit to one. This resort is small but it made our trip that more memorable. The guests and staff were all amazing. Activities were plentiful and we discovered snorkeling a few steps away from your lounge chair.. "
