"It was a great hotel to stay at prior to leaving from SNA. Clean rooms and friendly service. Restaurant on premises was supposed to be open and was not, so we had to Uber dinner. That was a bit of a bummer and why I took 1 star off for amenities. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay."

"Great location—very close to Disneyland. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety, and the staff was helpful. There are also plenty of dining options within walking distance. A Tesla charger is available on-site, which is convenient, although parking is paid and spots can be limited, especially later in the day since many EVs remain parked after charging. The pool was enjoyable, and we had a great time using it. The only downside was the air conditioning—cooling was uneven. The kids’ room with bunk beds cooled quickly, but the main bedroom stayed warm until late at night. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return in the future. It’s a solid choice for families, especially with kids, given the proximity to Disneyland and family-friendly amenities."

"The first room we were given had a strange smell like a plumbing problem had occurred. The second room did not cool down below 78 degrees ever and was significantly warmer than the hallway. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable however. There are no microwaves in the rooms and we had to request one. I received one for free because of a reward status perk but was told that there is usually a charge. Valet and bell service is great but you are separated from your luggage for a time so do not put anything you need immediately on the cart. The last night of our multi-night stay, we were informed that there was going to be plumbing maintenance being done throughout the hotel and that the water would be off from midnight to 6am. I asked the front staff what we should do if the toilet was needed in the night and they had no contingency plan to offer other than "don't use it." We were not offered any compensation for this inconvenience. The location is great. It is walking distance to the convention center and Disneyland. Delivery services are not allowed upstairs so of you order anything, you still have to go downstairs to the lobby to pick it up and carry it to the room yourself. The little grocery in the hotel has some nice food and coffee options but is expensive. We have allergies to fragrances and mold but did not have any allergic reactions here. I was very grateful for the valets and bell service in that they were careful with our things and kind."
