We are often travelling late, where I’ve had to ring to organise a late check-in and have spoken with Craig and he is lovely and very helpful. The room has always been very clean. The bed very comfortable and the shower nice and hot, what more could you ask for. We will continue to stay here on our future travels, as we are rest assured with peace of mind and a comfortable stay."
