"The home was beautiful. All rooms had a view of the Marina and surrounds. Peaceful neighbourhood. Good base for getting around Jobart and surrounds. Beds were comfortable. 2 living areas meant we could have personal space to do our own thing. Unfortunately central heating was not working. Reverse cycle was sufficient to heat kitchen/dining and upper floors but hallway at the lower level remained cold. There was a fireplace but after a full day of sightseeing, we couldn’t be bothered. Individual heaters in rooms provided sufficient heat. Walking trails near house which gave opportunity to view the bay, Derwent river and and Mt Wellington.All in all it was a pleasant stay."
