"Shower had an empty shampoo bottle and a tag from children’s clothing was stuck to the side of the shower (we didn’t have a child). Staff at check in was frazzled and she kept mentioning a new system. Not the hotel’s fault, but a large group of guests were loudly partying just under our window around 1am (we were on the second floor). Then around 2am-4am the party moved on our hall.
